All sales are final......with no guarantees or warrantees of any kind, either implied or expressed. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to determine value, age, condition, and authenticity prior to bidding. We offer a scheduled preview prior to each auction and will provide previews by appointment for your convenience up to the day before each auction.
A BUYER’S PREMIUM OF 15%(discounted to 12% for cash or checks) will be added to the purchase price of every item sold. NJ Sales Tax of 7% will also be added unless the Buyer has a NJ or out-of-state tax exemption certificate on file with Kravetz Auctions prior to the sale.
The Auctioneer is responsible to all Consignors to attempt to get a fair value for consigned goods. As a result, the Auctioneer may reject any bid or raise not commensurate with the value of the lot. The Auctioneer also reserves the right to pass on any lot which does not receive an opening bid commensurate with the value of the lot. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS, THE AUCTIONEER’S DECISION IS FINAL.
High Bidder/Buyer assumes complete responsibility for item(s) at announcement of the word “SOLD” or the fall of the hammer.
The record of sales kept by Kravetz Auctions shall be taken as final in the event of a dispute.
ABSENTEE and TELEPHONE BIDS are accepted and will be executed on your behalf by a member of our staff. We offer this service as a convenience and will not be held responsible for errors or omissions in the execution of said bids. Credit card information must be submitted with the bid or the bid will not be executed. Your credit card will be charged the total of (bid amount +bp+applicable sales tax) and will be charged to the credit card on file at the conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been made and approved by Kravetz Auctions. YOU MUST USE THE FORM ON THIS SITE TO ENTER ABSENTEE/PHONE BIDS.
This is a reserve auction and all lots are subject to a reserve.
Payment is due at the end of the sale in the form of cash, approved check (with a credit card as identification) or credit card. A $30 fee will be assessed for returned checks. If a check fails to clear after a second deposit, the Buyer shall be responsible for all fees incurred as a result thereof, including any fees expended by Kravetz Auctions for collection purposes. Payment are accepted in US funds only.
Kravetz Auctions reserves the right to hold merchandize until your payment has cleared into our account.
This auction is open to the public and staff of Kravetz Auctions may register as Bidders and may bid on items.
*Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and winning bidders must remove merchandise that day unless other arrangements are made with the auctioneer. In lieu of other arrangements items not removed within 14 days after the auction will be charged a storage fee of $5.00/day.
